Nest Drake Meat

I'm also having a horrible time trying to find Nest Drake Meat. I've killed well over 200 various drakes in Lavaspinner and have had no luck
Anyone have any further info on where/how to get this meat? Thanks

Well, talk about misery loves company. I'm glad to see it's not just me having this problem. Currently, my baking trophies for my three characters are all held up for the lack of nest drake meat. I've tried Lavaspinners Lair, the Broodlands, and Stillmoon Temple, all with no luck. Don't even ask about the bazaar. On the Tribunal server, it's rare for somebody to be even selling nest drake meat to begin with. I actually had a much easier time acquiring darkhollow basilisk meat for one of my character's trophy quest.

It would appear that nest drake meat is a extremely rare drop, and thus the trouble people encounter when they go looking for it. Perhaps the drop rate might need an upward adjustment?

Hmm, maybe it's an issue that has surfaced after the patch? I haven't gone hunting since last week before the patch. Generally on Maelin, there are 4-5 traders selling nest drake meat. I myself have farmed over 3 stacks of the meat in Lavaspinner's (static) and Stillmoon (instanced). I farmed the majority of that in Lavaspinner's.

Heh, wouldn't that just figure (if it stopped dropping). I started my baking trophy Friday night, ripped through everything but that.

I have a ton of stuff saved up for skilling up, but of course I can't skill past 249 until I do my trophy turn-in. Just waiting on the nest drake meat. None available on 7th at any price.

Oh well, will give it a couple hours tonight. If that doesn't work, I guess that's another TS to throw on the back burner for a while!

My friend got another Nest Drake Meat by vendor diving, about the only way to get it at this time. And I made the right combine!

I spent a couple hours in lavaspinners last night with a friends 68 druid alt. Drakes are lb with a rare blue to 70, and I did my ****dest to keep 3 of them on me the whole time. Two complete circuits, 3 named mobs, zero next drake meat, zero drake intestines. I am used to the RNG, but it seems there might be something wrong here if noone else is finding them here anymore.

After my buddy had to log I soloed ~12 in TCI for nada. Looks like I am going to be dragging friends through blackwings. Not for crystals, lol, but for drake parts.

Nest Drake Meatr dropped once for me in 6 Creator mission runs. No drake intestine though. So it seems to be just rare.

meats have dropped to under 2k range on Maelin and probably cheaper on most other servers so if you still don't get any drake meat in a couple missions, you should have enough loots (or split if grouped) plus some crystals to sell to buy one meat.

Drake meat are 15-25k on tribunal, with intestines 4k and I have not seen more then 4 of each up at one time in weeks.

It is frustrating, and I plan to scale my way up DoN drakes. Several hours in Lavaspinners with zero. I killed a dozen in TCI but my kill rate there solo is lacking. I may try SMT and the Ascent tonight for a while.

Meanwhile, I have gotten all the horse meat, turepta livers, and sea dragon meat I need. I had not expected this to be the bottleneck, but intestines in particular will be rough even yielding two casings.

In the interest of full disclosure, exploding things ate up a lot of my night. I did spend ~an hour in Stillmoon whacking drakes and came up with zero meat but 2 drake intestines, so I am hopeful.
