Does horse meat drop in Ruins of Takish even rarely?

The main site says horse meat drops from unicorns in elddar, and ToB. But has anyone seen them drop in Tak?

I killed the 3 spawn of horses in Tak for hours on end while killing treants/foraging for bow components. I probably ended up with a dozen or more of each hide + assorted hooves and eyes without seeing horse meat.

they do not drop in tak. the drop of the meat is basded primarly on the mobs level (think DON GM ****) and the higher level you go the more the % chance for the meats to drop will be, after obtaining the base level of the mob(s) that do drop them. for the don stuff, i belive the mobs need to be 68 + inorder to even have a chance of droping the culteral stuff. and i belive that the horses need to be 70 + inorder to even have a chance to drop the meat.
Im farly sure that this is the case since i spent several weeks in elddar charm killing both the unicorns (which drop it some what frequently and range from 70-74/5) and the pegusi (which to even find a drop off them is stuiped rare and are lved 68-71/73). And todate i have recived about 20 horse meats from the unicorns, primarly all of them yellow con to red con (i think one was white) and one meat from the pegusi that was a yellow con.

If it helps any, the unicorns in Elddar are slowable and mezzable. I know a well equipped bard and a reasonably equipped druid can duo them. A decent group should have no trouble clearing the unicorns which spawn around the lake on the eastern side.

Yesterday I was able to get 4 horse meat in about 90 minutes (maybe slightly longer) clearing the unicorns in Elddar Forest. Bonus was getting Stone of the Immortal Pond for my cleric.

I usually kill the Tak horses on the way through to Elddar, and I haven't seen a horse meat off them yet.

Incidentally, the Elddar unicorns don't summon (except the named), so they're kiteable if you can handle/avoid all the stuff that adds.
