Rennet for Butter?

Sorry for the newb question but what exactly is the rennet ingrediant to make butter? I searched under trade supplies and recipes and can not find it. Any help?

they sell rennet in a few places, in shadow haven it's the vendor next to the smiths shop on the nexus port side, in PoK it's on a few the easiest to find being the vendor next to ironstove's shop
