ok here is my latest idea based on the original rhyme and ngreth's hint

the first line seems to talk about the filling
second line cheesy tomato bread
third line deep fried treant heart or hearts may be more than one since it is plural

4th line is boiled rockhopper eggs
the last line again says something, but i believe, that it points to the vegetables in the ingrediants

ie 3 ingredients thrice to make it nice

I am just curious... we have 4 different types of Taelosian Mountain bread... and all 4 are usable in tradeskills, but none have any confirmed use....

Isn't it fun when hints add more confusion? Try interpreting the hint another way. It was saying something else about the recipe than using something three times.

ok well meds just going to take a random stab into darkness and see if i draw blood.

Could it mean that we should start with the non-rhyming line (1) and add three lines, which means the last line on vegetables is a red herring.

End combine: Deep fried heart, hardboiled egg, 4 breads, and 4 challenges. 10 items.

Of the thrice hint -- and the fact treant hearts is plural in the clue -- maybe the recipe calls for three Treat Hearts or three of the items made from them?

What if the thrice hint suggests an item(s) are hinted at three times to make it a nicer rhyme -- but is only used once?

Example -- veggies, red and hearts of trees... hearts can be red, treant hearts can be a veggie (from a plant, even if a tree, it isn't a fruit from the tree, its part of the tree) .... then again............ /shrug

Is there a flour made from treant hearts (powdered white) that can be used to make bread or a tortilla (scorched)? Like a giant taco or burrito? Then again -- Ngreth did slip up and use the term "sandwich."

The young of lizards boiled and dead doesn't -- to me -- necessarily mean eggs. Maybe baby lizards -- boil their meat? Like a hot dog? Hmmm -- use Treant Flour to deep fry lizard meat?

As for vegetables frozen NOT torched -- what veggies are possibly used frozen or prepared by freezing? Freeze dried?

To me -- the final two lines clearly indicate the 4 Challenges are combied with the items hinted at in the lines before. So it clearly isn't just the 4 challenges with bread.

Whatever they are -- there can't be more than six of them -- and depending on how you read the clues -- it is most likely four.

Most of those things you are suggesting do not exist in game. This all seems to me VERY off base. You have created 6 new items in your mind that do not exist in game or have any references to recipes discovered in game. We have a deep frying recipe. Why would that be a wrong recipe for deep frying?
