  • What should I Bake......

    History....

My guild is having a little bit of a celebration coming up. We are a small, relativly new guild, and we had our first member reach level 70. We are hosting a little function for him at the end of the month for our guild and friends of the guild (probably about 20 - 30 ppl in total)...

I have decided to make a meal fit for him (doesn't have to be much, he is a druid that survived on roots all the way to 70).

    Question....

What should I make??? I was thinking 3 or 4 things for food, as well as a celebatory drink (Champagne).

I have been looking through some of the recipes but nothing is really coming to me...

So I turn to you , all the Chefs that frequent these parts.

My baking skill is at 244 atm(hopefully 250 by the time I start cooking for this feast), and my brewing is at 200 as well.

    HELP ME PLEASE.....

Nothing says celebration like Champagne. That would be my first suggestion. Dwarves might prefer ale, but Champagne is the way to go.

Baking? Cake is good. Holy Cake might be nice. The misnamed 10 lb. pies would be filling as would cookies and a variety of Hor d'ouvers. Jum-jum cake is good too. You might even look at the variety of races coming and do something for each races so they can each celebrate as they wish. Just remember it is rude to offer a DE dark elf steaks. Disburbingly attractive, but rude

Well my druid loves pies (but that could be a halfling thing). So I would suggest anything with a crust - planar fruit, halas and jord meat pies spring to mind.
You could also make Hero sandwiches as being the first to reach 70 in a guild is pretty heroic i would say.
          Happy gorging.
