Quest released with 10-27 patch sends you to Mippie Diggs, halfling in Kith forest just outside rivervale. Saying "I am willing" results in a task and a recipe book (unconfirmed, straight from book):

btw result for doing the quest was a 5 dose illusion potion (random. i recieved human, another grp member got a halfling and one got a Gnome) also a Bristlebanes party ticket that lets u play in a certain monster mission as one of the gods. Sorry I dont know more about that.

Anyone tried the mobs in the "instanced" unrest for parts?

I've noticed so far that the baked pumpkin seeds and pumpkin pie finished items both show the "this item can be used in tradeskills" tag. Maybe you can combine all the "pumpkiny" items into some sort of picnic like treat with stats? I'm working on making the rest of the items, now to find an ice cream churn /sigh.

I tried to combine Pumpkin Pie + Baked Pumpkin Seeds + Pumpkin Bread + Spiced Pumpkin Cider + Pumpkin Shake, in both the Abysmal Sea, and Tannan Ovens. They were DNC combines.

I've also tried it with variious combinations of silk napkins x2, wax candles x2, and picknic baskets....still do not combine.

One thing I did not try however was trying combinations of 2x of the treats.

There are reports elsewhere (EQLive message boards, and Allakhazam) that instanced Unrest scarecrows (jack-o-lanterns) are also dropping the needed pumpkin parts. One post said scarecrows in WK, Unrest, and NK all drop the flesh and seeds. I wasn't aware there were any in NK, but I don't actually KNOW one way or the other....

Since this quest is used to get an illusion frost skellie mask, and chanters get the illusion frost skellie spell, could they possibly be used to make frost skellie illusion potions? Kind of a stretch, but who knows.
