The only place I seem to be able to find this on EQ Trader is in Cobolt Scar.

Does anyone know of anywhere else it is sold (hoping Abysmal Sea)?

I read somewhere on boards that they recently created an otter merchnat in PoK that stocks everything that is CS vendor sold. perhaps try there. And no, i have no name, loc etc, but how many otters can there be in pok.

Thanks for that...Do you know when you read something but your brain won't allow it in...I had difficulty reading the OTTER in your reply .

Will take you info and try to confirm this, if I happen to find the rest I shall post it back here.

I hope to HECK there is an OTTER in PoK I don't fancy dying anytime soon.

If you can get a ride to Cobalt Scar, invisiblity works really well to get to the Othimir. Barring any faction problems (like an Otter killing spree) you should be able to buy and sell with no trouble. The drakes and wyverns are nasty there if you aren't high enough for the zone but they won't bother you if you are invisible.

I can't say that I found any other sources, but I'm thanking my lucky stars that you can use the guild hall portal to get to Cobal Scar now.

In addition to the guild hall portal and various wizard/druid teleports, you can also run from Great Divide -> Plane of Mischief -> Cobalt Scar.
