Many of the recipes call for a specific amount of fish (e.g., 2 pounds hynid). Is there any way to convert these meats to get the specified quantity? I can find how to go down to 1lb - but not how to get back to 2lb or 4lb, etc.

The break down is one way, once you have it as a 1 lb meat all you can do is make it into regular meat.
