This Meat Pie is sooooo BIGGGG that it will not fit into a backpack or tool box...what exactly can a player put it into? How will I be able to sell it at the bazaar? Even if the shopper has empty holes in their backpacks they will get a message that they don't have room for it if they don't have an inventory slot empty, since the only places large enough to hold it are primary inventory slots or trader sachels. How are you other bakers handling this problem??? Any ideas out there?? Is there a way to attach a note to the item and alert the buyer that they need a primary inventory slot open for it to go in??? Will appreciate any advice or help, thanks!

You sure?
It's true that these pies are huge and most containers won't work. However, according to this, the toolbox accepts Giant sized items and HMPs are Giant sized.Originally posted by Elinora EyeBuffEweThis Meat Pie is sooooo BIGGGG that it will not fit into a backpack or tool box...what exactly can a player put it into? That's consistent with my own experience in-game. Perhaps you're thinking of some other kind of box?
I use a deluxe toolbox for storing my baking utensils and ingredients in the bank. When I made HMPs, I would transfer the tools to another container so I can store my fresh baked pies in it. You can buy deluxe toolkits in iceclad from the gnomes and probably elsewhere.

I think most folks end up storing HMPs in a Rallic Pack at some point. It's the cheapest bag you can get with significant weight-reduction and giant size.

Now I've got a GM trophy, so I can use these:

The most common place to buy deluxe toolboxes is right in PoK. From the main bank, head west until you reach the big wooden steps on your left (near the pottery vendors). Go up the steps, then straight. Second door to the left, then in. You'll find a gnome merchant who sells some tinkering gear, including toolboxes.Sir KyrosKrane Sylvanblade

I usually store my extra stacks in a few trader's satchels, they fit perfectly. If I'm out and about peddling my wares in other zones I can, if need be, store the pies in my portable oven. If I remember correctly... haven't been online in months.... the giant compartment handmade backpacks should hold them as well, but I could be suffering from old age memory or lack thereof. I do know for a fact, tho, the traders satchels are perfect.kadasi

Nope. Hand-made backpacks will not hold HMPs. LARGE < GIANTOriginally posted by kadasiI usually store my extra stacks in a few trader's satchels, they fit perfectly. Trader's satchels will hold any non-container in the game, and maybe that will help someone. I'm never organized enough to have even stacks of every item in even quantities, so I end up running around buying stuff while I'm making HMPs. If that happens, those 25-weight satchels, plus 7 for each stack of pies... you could easilly end up crawling around.I tried combining Celestial Solvent, a Raw Rough Hide, Rough Hide Solution and a Skinning Knife. Large sewing kits CAN store GIANT items. Looks like all sewing kits can.I tried combining Celestial Solvent, a Raw Rough Hide, Rough Hide Solution and a Skinning Knife. Deluxe Sewing Kits ... not sold anywhere, and the last time I gave one to a friend he nearly died of a heart attack in surprise. (TheWife was using large sewing kits as bank storage the night before they changed all Large kits to Deluxe. No you can't have one.)
Deluxe Toolboxes. PreCISEly where KryosKane said, and if your bank doesn't have 16 of them and 2 more in the shared space (less any quest containers and 'special' tradeskill containers, say 5 deluxe sewing kits, of course) run, at SoW speed or better if you can, to buy them.
10 slot, GIANT, tradeable, storebought, cheap bags.
There went the handmade backpack market. (I bought all mine when they ONLY could be bought in Iceclad. Took me HOURS to mule them all over. Before shared bank space. Lucky TheWife and I have always had two accounts.)
For anything else... go to the brewing forum. Read a thread by me about brewing to 248 in 5 hours for a couple hundred plat. Then buy artisan seals (or make your own) and corking devices. Brewing trophy. Now you have an endless supply of 10 slot, GIANT, 100% WR, weight 1, fits in the bank, bags. And -now- if you go Link-Dead, or just plain camp out, the stuff inside doesn't poof. The bag just becomes 0% WR, weight 25, 10 slot, GIANT. (Be prepared, camp out near a bank, or have some way to magically enhance your movement. Also having the ability to summon NEW bags and transfer stuff over works. But I prefer JBoots so I never become too heavy to move.)
Trader's satchels hold EVERYTHING. It's the entire -point- of having them. It's the reason that 'tokens' for other bags were introduced. (So you could sell bags, and so they could be sold from inside Trader's satchels.) They are also 10 slot, GIANT, 0% WR just like the Deluxe Toolboxes.
They can't be traded. They weigh 25. They are more expensive.
Trophy bags >>> Deluxe Toolboxes >>>>> Traders Satchels
Most other WR bags are either vastly expensive (haversacks, taw ew hide, tinkers) ... Less WR (evil eye, light burlap, shralok) ... LORE (rallic) ... smaller slot (evil eye, light burlap) ... fewer slots (evil eye, light burlap, shralok, rallic) ... One per account if you bought the box (reinforced satchel) ... etc etc etc or more than one factor of the above.
Go make yourself a tradeskill trophy. The item itself has decent stats. If nothing else 50 CHA should put you at or near "best prices CHA" for buying/selling. And the bags make life so much more convienient.
1) Fill all bank space with Deluxe Toolboxes.
2) Fill bazaar trader carried inventory with Trader's Satchels.
3) Get tradeskill trophy bags for your mains.

Now taw ew hide sacks are even better... but getting them is a serious pain.In My (Not Always) Humble Opinion, except where I quote someone. If I don't know I say so.
I suck at this game, your mileage WILL vary. My path is probably NON-optimal.
