I believe you're looking for Klen Ironstove (-86, 238). He's the Ironstone family member who's inside the building. There are two ovens behind the counter where he's standing. They are Tanaan ovens, even though they're not labeled.

I agree, next patch or 2 they should create a planar spit, same wt/slots/size as a normal spits but only valid for PoP recipes i'd buy one
