shellcrackers seaside salad

Has anyone ever made this.. I have all the ingredients and put it into an oven.. but then it says it can not be combined in that..Can anyone tell me what I might be missing??

Since this is a salad, I'm guessing you would mix it in a bowl. I haven't actually seen others talking about this salad, so I could be wrong.

People have definitely made it, 'cos I've had some and it was very tasty =)

Here's the list just to check:

arctic mussels, small clams, arctic king crab, cobalt abalone, arctic scallops, cobalt rock crab, vegetables, snapper oil

And were you by chance using an oven in the Plane of Knowledge? there is a chance that not all normal recipes will work there.

actually I was using an oven in SH. it says oven but I am totaly at a loss here..hhmm.. and there is not enough room in a bowl to put all the ingredients..???

I made alot of this salad, very tasty but did not resell well... I used the oven right on the beach at Cobalt Scar.

Don't use a bowl. The only other type of container used in the recipe is a brew barrel to get the oil. I too can verify the recipe works... I just made 6 stacks of the stuff about a week ago (and can attest to its weak resale value as well). I used the oven at the Othmir camp, but I'm pretty sure there isn't anything special about that oven.

The best thing to do is to tell us exactly what you're putting in the oven. I know it sounds silly, but there are only two different icons for SIX of the different ingredients. Easy to mix up (or you might be using Iceclad shrimp by mistake, etc.).

well I am using what it says, but I did by all the food items out of bazaar.. could that be it?? mabey I need to get some one to forage all the items for me?? I did make the oil myself though, not bought..

normal recipes do work in the PoK ovens. I've made a bunch of halas pies there a few days ago.
