Snow bunnies?

My 66 cleric is wearing her 8th shawl, so I decided that it was time for my 47 enchanter to get one. One big problem I'm having with the 3rd shawl is the lack of Snow Bunnies in EW! I found lots of Frost Bunnies, but no Snow Bunnies. The frost bunny meat does not work in the recipe. I searched the Bazaar for Snow Bunny Meat with no success.

Did some evil predator kill off all the snow bunnies?

Also, as far as I can remember, the meat was always no drop, which is why you couldn't find any in the bazaar. Not sure if frost bunny meat is no drop now as well, I'd have to check that out and submit it here. Maybe I'll get to that today
