Hero Sandwich - skill restricted combine?

I am at 191 skill, and had all the components to do a couple hundred hero sandwich combines.

Bread
Dressing
Vegs
Hero parts
Spiced hero parts
Smoked hero parts

In an oven in PoK, i get cannot combine. Why? Please?

No, its isnt restricted. Double check the obvious stuff

1- ingredients - ex: bottle of dressing looks similar to other bottles, are you using foraged vegetables (don't use the "cleaned vegetables" you can buy in PoK), etc
2-combine container (I know its silly , but are you over in the pottery area using the kiln? lol)

Nah, i tried both ovens, and it was an oven (i was concerned at first it didnt say taanxx oven but it was the same oven i made the smoked and spiced parts in).

The ingredients are as the recipe says but i will check the ingredients again (but this was the thing i checked over and over).

Is there a utensil or something like that required?

Tanaan oven or collapsible spit required for the sandwich combine.

I agree with Mae. You're probably missing something and will probably say 'Doh' once you've figured it out.

Loaf of bread can be bought from the vendor just outside the door from the room with the two ovens. I'm not sure if there are other types of bread, but this is the one you need.

Dressing is made from vegetable oil and vinegar. Don't use any other kind of dressing.

Make sure you only have one of each component in the oven.

There is no utensil required.

Hero sandwiches are not a restricted combine, unless something has changed in the last few days.

*laughs* I posted here once because I couldn't get a combine to work. Turned out I needed *2* bottles of milk instead of one. We all do it occasionally.

Also, skill restricted combines give a different message than if you just got the ingredients fudged...trying to remember, when I made an attempt to make ethereal swatches with my lame tailoring ability.

Darn, can't remember, but the message on a skill restricted combine isn't the same old, "you cannot combine these items in this container type" (or whatever)

Perhaps I shouldn't try to be helpful at 3 am.

I think you are looking for that lovely "You lack the experience necessary to make this" or something along those lines for skill-restricted combines. Very different from a DNC message
