    OoW Baking?

    As a GM baker on the Tunare server... I'm finding odd that zero baking recipes have begun to surface in the OoW realm????

    Any thoughts?

    There are new cookbooks that are all about ice cream making. No one has managed to get all the parts to tinker the ice cream maker as far as anyone knows. In any case it looks like there will be many different flavors and things to do with the ice cream. That said, there are things that seem like meat that might be culinary as well as a bunch of forages that are edible that may have some extra uses.

    As one of the more vocal folks about wanting to discover recipes - I am having a lot more fun trying things out instead of just looking for shopping lists. Niami will likely give us another nudge if we look like we are flailing, but as far ice cream the recipes are spelled out in the cookbooks (check out the vendors in Abysmal and PoK for them.)

      Yeah, the ice cream maker is hindering a lot of people.

      Most of the forages are for brewing, not baking.

      And lastly, no hints about the various new meats dropping... and just because they don't have the Tradeskill tag, that doesn't mean anything. We're finding that tons of stuff doesn't have the tag.

        From what I can tell the hold up is that we still can't figure out what metal is used for the casing for the steam pistons. In addition the hide used to cool the ice cream in the maker come from the riftseeker sanctuary from a level 70 mobs so even when the recipe is resolved they are not going to be very common.

          Baking recipes?

          I've tried some various combines with forageables and the rats but haven't come up with anything. :sigh:

          I sure hope there are some other baking besides the ice cream.

            The Steam piston got listed here.
