It's a drop, rather than player-made; according to Allakhazam, drops from A Wizened Herb Collector in Chardok.

Bristlebane's Party Platter has 75 hp, as I recall, but it's NODROP and not trivial at max baking skill; got to make it yourself. Though, baking isn't terrible to GM

tormentor stir fry also has +50 HPs on it, need bloody tormentor parts out of Plane of Torment, and diseased fish, fished from Plane of Disease, and a few other things, recipe escapes me right now, but I believe it also has a fairly high trivial.

You dont "need" diseased fish from PoD, you only need fish eggs which can be made from it, fish eggs are also a forage in PoW which eliminates the need for the diseased fish.

I use Thunder salmon from North Karana for fish eggs as well. The fry is kind of annoying unless you do each part in bulk and save the extra.
