Beer-braised Bear Steaks

I want to make some beer-braised bear and mammoth steaks, but the recipe calls for "tall beer". Does anyone know where I can get this stuff? I have looked everywhere and cannot find it. Thanks.

I did a search for "beer braised" and it came up with bear, gator, lion, mammoth, rat, and lion. I looked at all those recipes, and I didn't see anything called "tall beer" in the recipe, it does however say "short beer" which can be bought from most alcohol merchants.

IE: beer brased bear:

I think there is an in-game book that gives a recipe for Beer Braised Bear that uses tall beer. Or there is a recipe shown on another site that says that.

However we do show the correct recipe is short beer.

hmm.. I must've missed it then, I dont think I've read many of the ingame books, usually visit here for any recipes I can't remember off the top of my head.
