For all of you that need eggs for all that batter that GoD food takes, go to Jaggedpine Forrest. Zone in from Neidra's Landing and go to the caves to your left as you come out the doorway around the gnolls. There are Basilisks there. The Basilisk Genitor's drop eggs like MAD. Up to 6 eggs at a shot. These eggs make 15 egg batter or 15 clumps of dough at a time. I hunted for 5 hours there with my 65 shaman and got 225 eggs. These things dont hit for squat if you are level 65 and the drop rate is insane. There are 4 caves and if you do it right you just get a cycle down of killing them. I was constantly killing for 5 hours. Quick spawn time keeps you going. Gets kind of borring but i now have enough eggs to get me to Grand Master Baker aka 250. Hope this helps and cuts down on the snake hunting. This also helps cause you have many less combines when you are making the stuff to make the final GoD meat.

OH GREAT! Thanks for giving away the secret. Now people will be camping that zone and selling the darn eggs for 50pp each. LOL....oh well, guess it couldn't be kept a secret forever.

Having know about it for awhile, I would never buy eggs in the bazaar... much less for 50 pp.

I have been known to go and buy 1 or 2 clumps of dough for 3-5 pp each, but only because I was short just 1 or 2 to complete a set of HMPs...

LOL..I was being flippant! ehehehehe I would never pay that either. But, you would be suprised. I'm on Drinal server and people pay 10-15pp for spider silk. Go figure.

Or just go to Western Wastes and forage for a few hours and you'll have plenty

I created Eggmule, a level 1 woodelf Druid, and outfitted him with 2 opal steins (for charisma). He is located at the bank in the genitor cave where he can check the merchants. I have gotten as many as 100 eggs (8 gold each) at a time.

Thank you for this post. It will save me tons in egg costs. I ran by here last night after reading this and got a nice 3 stacks of eggs in about an hour. That should last me a while!

Now if only I could get mobs to drop vegetables.

Being a baker I have spent a good deal of time farming basilks eggs and when i had a alt camped near the chesse vendor i would just get them off the vendors as well.

Now if it didn't take me 4 billion clicks to prepare for a total run of 50 combines for HMP /rolls eyes...However, thanks for the egg tip. I use a few here and there for baking MTP.

Really silly question (done some digging, but not sure). What exactly do I made with these eggs to get my skill up to 250? Don't need to give me recipes (I can look those up), but I wasn't sure what exactly I should make. Thanks in advance all (and please no acroynms(sp?)... I'm HORRIBLE with those).

the new souffles with Gates baking.. hynid, cragbeast, etc. the Beer-battered ones (think it's those) trivial at 252. They take egg batter which uses various eggs for various yeilds.
