Sea Dragon Steaks

Many people considered these a logical extension of the Dragon Steaks recipe, substituting sea dragon meat for dragon meat.

Sea dragon meat is, to my knowledge, only dropped from two mobs in game. Faydedar (sp?) the water dragon in Timorous Deep which is part of the druid epic, and Kelorek Dar the larger water dragon in Cobalt Scar.

Now because KD has been scaring the fish away, eating othmir, and generally ruining their day, Chief Katan the leader of the othmir offers a reward for killing him. Hand in Sea Dragon Meat and I dont know if you need something else, but hand it in to him and he awards you a priest only 15 or 20 wis range slot item. I'm unsure of specifics, but I'm sure it's listed elsewhere.

Because of this quest value, no one has ever verified its use in baking. Well, I did. I'm no priest. My peers are all beyond needing that item. I killed that Chief just to say that I could many moons ago, after trashing my faction with them by quadding them for their furs. Let's eat!

Recipe:
Sea Dragon Steak (yield 5, trivial 255) : Jug of Oyster Sauces, Algae Spices, Sea Dragon Meat. combined in regular oven in thurgadin.

I'm sure that any oven or spit would work. Just specifying where I tried it. I also imagine that you could use the regular jug of sauces and spices to yield 1 instead of 5. This is unconfirmed and a reasonable guess.
