That's good to know - I frequent vendors, and can occasionally find a hard to find ingredient - but I've always wondered though if I was wasting it on a single combine.

        Storm Salmon

If you are PoV flagged and like to fish, Storm Salmon + Jug of Sauce trivials somewhere just above 200.

I recommend this route. Fishing recycles faster than foraging. And if you're not a 200 Fisher yet, you will be after stacks and stacks of storm salmon.

If you have the time and are able to, farm anaconda meat, make anaconda melts. You only need to farm 1 think, that is the meat, the other 2 ingredients are cheese and bread. Trivial at 250, or higher, not sure. I am able to kill anaconda easily with a 55 sham. I also have friends who frequently hunt in jaggedpine, who are gathering me meats as well. Meat is fairly common, didn't pay attention to drop rate, but in about an hour I think i had a stack or 2. Then just head to the jaggedpine bank, buy your cheese, and buy your bread (have not found a bread merchant in jaggedpine). Then its just anaconda meat, cheese, a piece of bread, and a non stick frying pan, in your split of oven. Hope this helps. I know this is the way i plan on getting to 250.

              some simple PoP recipes ...

there are a few PoP recipes depending on lvl and hunting habits ...

I was given 3 stacks of Jord meat (BoT drop) from guildies that hunt there (as do I) ... with a simple dough/meat/pie tin recipe ...

the swamp rat crunchies ... meat/frosting/skewers ... all really simple

otherwise the PoS salmon/sauce is solid and fast ...

but the 20-30 combines per point is begining to grate ... almost done ...
