It is not possible to 2-box the regruas. They require more a full group to get to an actually farm. The drop rate is good so once you get there you will get plenty if you put in the time.

I make good money selling my excess supply of Buckets of Crab Claws and Slarghilug Stuffed poppers.
As a cleric I solo the Slargs and a single group hunting Regruas will get you a ton of them quickly (not to mention a ton of other tradeskill supplies). I use my wife's druid to get the PoJ stuff and it's easy to pick up Hero parts in the bazaar.
I used to get a VERY large amount of money per Bucket, but am down to around 1300 or so each. I've been good and have only eaten 2 of my platters in the past 2-3 months..;-)

I have actually only been to this camp one time. And I don't remember if there is enough room to kite them around. Also I didn't try to snare them as I was with a group. Can they be snared and is there enough room to kite them around (aggro kite)?
I may have found my new solo spot....
