Clump of dough nerf?

Combining basilisk egg, milk, and flour (in Abysmal Sea) resulted in only 5 clumps of dough instead of 15. Has anyone else observed this?

There has always been two recipes for these eggs with different yeilds depending on if the egg was foraged or looted. Not sure why foraged eggs should be worth more then looted but has been that way.

I thought it was the other way around; looted makes more.
