  • Possible easy access location for CHEESE(proved to be wrong)

Last night while selling items to a random vendor, I just happened upon some cheese. Since I had some eggs on me I decidedd to make me some Omlettes. I bought a full 20 stack, and she was still stocked. So to test it I bought 10 stacks and they all went through without exhausting her inventory. So I'm assuming she might be a new cheese vendor.

Talina Furrytoes in Shadowhaven, loc -442.06, 1755.11.

She's the halfing vendor near the bank for us shorties. Hope this pans out well because running to Jaggedpine for some cheese sucks. I'm gonna log back in and double check her to make sure I'm not getting everyones' hopes up. Please note that the cheese I found on her was at the very bottom of her inventory(which makes me a bit worried about posting this)

Maybe it was someone dumping a load of cheese, after reaching 191?

I just checked the vendor again and I bought about 300 this time. Still didnt exhaust her supply. I think she is a true cheese vendor. Check her out. I'm on the Quellious server btw.

As a porting druid, a trip to Jaggedpine isn’t such a bad thing. Still, a cheese vendor in Shadowhaven would be even better. If this truly is a new cheese vendor, Sony picked a good spot. Shadowhaven is already a great place to work on trade skills. And with the nexus and the new port stones, anyone can get to Shadowhaven without very much trouble. *crosses fingers*

Nope, Vaz crashed this morning, so I checked since the vendors were reset. No cheese.

Drat! I wonder if the vendor in JP is paying off Sony to keep his monopoly.

Hmm so would it be profitable to make a mule PoP to Nexus then bazaar. Fill his bank with trader satchels. PoP to qeynos then run to JP fill bank with Cheese and then PoP back to Bazaar? Sell for maybe 5 mor gold than there worth from the vendor?

It probably would be profitable. I buy my cheese from the bazaar. I still have never bought it from the actual cheese vendor. I have no clue what it sells for from the vendor but I pay 1p for it without thinking twice.

Cheese did not go over well with my trader.... I had about 6 stacks, selling for I think around 5g each, and it took me weeks to get rid of them... But when I did, they went to one guy.

                    Not sure why...

I know this is resolved but...

... I thought of this thread last night as I hit 191 in baking (yeah!) and dumped my remaining Toolbox and 1/2 of Cheese into Daliea Saeiersa rather than try to sell it (too lazy - nobody buys from me overnight - no second account).

My pattern is, you see, to buy the bread and bring it to the MEAT. The other person was obviously backwards.

So, if you're on Bristlebane and want 300+ units of Cheese, go talk to Daliea Saeiersa.

                            /em starts choking

The vendor sells it for about 5 gold per stack - 40 times the going rate from the vendor is pretty good - if you're interested, I've got some fire opals for sale - just 2k each.

No more EQ for me till they fix the crash bug.
