Today while shopping for a Bloody Anicilles Pouch in the bazaar I came across a Pouch of Kejek Catnip, I check it out and found it to be a meal with -1 int and +5 wis!

Does anyone know where I can buy this or what is used to make it?

I have not seen it on any merchants and checked for the recipe and have not found it.

Anyone know anything about how to make or where to buy this?

If you play on the Nameless that was probably my trader you saw it on. I was factioning in the kitty city and got a ton of the stuff. It just won't sell.
