hello all, new to the forum

figure id post my findings here
ive tried making three of the new recipes

cheesy potatoe soup and the glazed carp trival at 190

the poached chubb..well i spent 3 hrs in Inthehole swamp fishing and foraging for the rujarkian chub. i never foraged it , but did manage to fish them. then off i went to make the combine.."cannot be combined...." i tryed in an oven and spit.
also 2 different characters with baking skills of 190 or better...same thing.

OK Updated the trivial for the Cheesey Potato Soup and the Glazed Carp.

With regards to the Poached Chubb one of two things:

1. We have the wrong recipe recorded in the database (ie I mis-scribed it)
2. The Recipe is correct... but it is broken.

Could you take a look at the baking books in-game and double check the recipe? Maybe it says something like a 'pot' a 'frying pan'.. a 'skewer'... or something is missing. Maybe a necessary ingredient (Sauces, Spices, etc...) is was not recorded.

Poached Chub

1 Flask of Water
1 Bottle of White Wine
1 Rujarkian Chub
1 Helping of butter

Simmer the fish in the combination of the wine, water, and butter. This is a nice dish for the sophisticared palate.




i tried makeing a concocation fo the wine water butter but to no avail. anybody a real life chef that knows how to poach something or know what kind of items we can simmer in?

poaching eggs requires vinegar IRL, but most foods just need a liquid. and all RL poaching is done in pots.

I noticed it states a helping of butter. I've personally never made butter in game, perhaps you need a smaller serving of butter then a whole stick or whatever form you get originally?

Spent over an hour today being pissed the recipie was messed up. BUT after all that time i got it figured out!

Recipie is:

1 Flask of Water
1 Bottle of White Wine
1 Rujarkian Chub
1 helping of Butter
1 Jug of Sauces

Mixed in an oven or Split.

decided to get rid of my last few potatoes and give 'em to my shadowknight for cheesy potato soup. it was trivial at 135

got my hands on a few more boar carp, sent 'em to my sk for glazed carp. wasn't trivial at 135, but i never failed. guessing it's close to trivial there
