Try with it spelled "Celestial Essence", it's a no-fail combine in a mortar&pestle, 1 Celestial Solvent and 1 High end Research component (most people use "the Scent of Marr" as there a few vendors that sell unlimited amounts).

If you are the right level to hunt in Skyfire (or know a cleric who needs fragments for his epic) take a few stacks of the solvent with you along with a mortar&pestal and you can combine as you loot. Almost every rune/word/page that drops in this zone works in the combine and it is nice to combine as you go so that you don't end up running out of room and having to drop/destroy extras. I spent about 24 hours there for my fragments and only remember looting one type of rune that wouldn't combine.

There are a few vendors to use. The one I go to is in EC. I'll port over to WC and run to EC. She is in the first hut once you zone over from WC.

You can check to poison trade supply list if you need a more convenient location.

There is one in Plane of Knowledge also. It's in the building that has the barbarian fishing in the little pond inside it. The dark elf vendor behind the stall sells celestial solvent, there is a dark elf vendor in the upper right room that sells scent of mar and a mortar and pestle. Everthing right there.

That woman in WC doesn't serve wood elfs/druids, don't know which, so you need to talk to her in wolf form
