DS stacking

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the Kilva potions stack with casted DS, and/or DS from items worn

I saw a related question on page 3 about stacking the 2 Kilva potions, never tried it, but figure they wont because of same base ingredient.

From what I know of DSs, and that's a little from being a Ranger, you can have a personal one, such as a Coat, then a cast one such as Shield of Spikes and a Bard DS. If I'm right Potions is counted as a Bard DS, but I think that not all of them are like that. Its...odd.

I can verify that the Kilva's potions do stack with cast DS and personal DS. Can't speak for the bard stuff, but what EnfinitiStarr says makes sense.

Oh, forgot one more DS that stacks. Item DS, such as the Talisman of Vah Karh or whatever it is. It has an 8 HP DS on it, stack with everything else.

Potions do stack with Bard PoV/Amp/Puretone/SS bracer, Mage or Druid DS, 10th ring , CoT , CsE, JBB, IC, and lots of others. Where there was a stacking bug with the bard ss bracer where if cast in the correct order you could have Both the druid Aincent and the Mage ds + bard bracer VP staff and Songs + potion and personal DS clickies we had a MT with a 365pt ds.

Potion overwrote my ring (8th) 2 nights ago, so I would say it's that ring.
