I read somewhere that I could combine vendor-bought potions into 5 & 10 stacks, but when I tried I got a DNC. Any ideas?

Are you sure that 10-dose isn't a drop from somewhere? I don't see a 5-dose in there anywhere. I've read of several people attempting to make charged vendor potions without luck, so if it's now possible it was added very recently.
