Shamans Crucible status?

My apologies for this non-tradeskill-related post, but does anyone know what's happening with the shamans crucible? I've been unable to access it for almost a week now.

I just thought I'd post it here where other shamans are likely to hang out.

I'm DEEPLY sorry for the problems we are having. I'm working diligently to try and fix the Crucible and get things going.
