New Alchemy potions?

After the frogs took over Grobb tonight (at least on Prexus and I'm assuming all other servers), new frog npcs popped all over the zone. Vendors, trainers, quest givers and the like. I stumbled onto an alchemy vendor that had quite a few herbs I've never seen before. Maybe they're finally gonna give us some new potions? Would be nice and about time!

Froggie City Alchemy

There is the 2 regular vendors that supply most used alchemy stuff for sows and ivu etc.

There is also another merchant that sells old alchemy potion ingredients such as Sea spirit and boneset.

Was tired but did not find alkanet root on the recipe section which also was supplied by Zok Kuluree?spelling might be off... some think like that.

Was hard to see if there was anything else i might be missing, since they were all killing da little frogs.

:mrgreen: Kinda funny they sell Sea Spirit that combines with a Froglok Leg, to make Vox's Vitality or EB potions.

The only recipe we had for alkanet has been bugged since the dawn of time. It was alkanet + rat ear, and according to the Jonas books was supposed to yield a cure for drunkenness. In reality, it started out with the same effect as Charming Deceit, and when reintroduced with Luclin was completely DNC. It's one of the bugs they looked at when they did all the other fixes recently, but could not be fixed because they couldn't find a way to allow a potion to cure drunkenness. It's not going to be fixed so I removed it from the recipe list. So aye, alkanet has no use.
