Can anyone confirm the % this decreases fire nukes by?

The description on Alla says 5%

The description on Kumbaja's says 1%

Also, I'm assuming this stacks with worn detrimental spell efficiency such as Synarcana's Efficiency VIII?

Lucy's spell data iindicates it is 5%.
The spell description data says it is 1%.

Retron on the EQ forums posted as follows:

It's 5%. The spell data fields have been jiggled in preparation for the new variable foci coming with Underfoot and it looks like Kumbaja's picking up on the wrong data. (FWIW, beforehand the focus effect just said "5" in the spell data, now it says from "1" to "5" - Kumbaja is picking up on the initial 1, which is the lower cap).

And yes, as it's a spell buff it'll stack with worn focus effects.

Those potions are an absolute gem, it's quite odd how few know about them.
