Havent tested any others but found an old post of mine re. difference in type 12's:
In case anyone is interested in the healing amount of these potions, I tested the type 12's yesterday. Note replenishment overwrites regeneration.
Standing regen at level 79 for ditillate of .... XII:
Regeneration = 39/tick
Replenishment = 74/tick
Spirituality = 9/tick.
I won't be bothering to make any more regeneration pots!

Yeah, I found something similar after posting, brief reference that the regen potions are more effective below level 10 and replenishment is better at XI+.

Didn't even realize there were two different potions until I noticed the regen ones in the bazaar this morning :P
