I can't say for sure since I haven't worked on alchemy yet, but judging by past alacrity recipes, and new recipes for other things it should be :

Arnworth
Chronal Resonance Dust
Infused Thorny Ergot
Small Vial x 5

i tried and it didn't work

i tried all the infused stuff and none of it worked, but you're right arnworth should be one of the ingrediants. figuring out the other....welll i'm at a loss....

Sigh Ngreth has stated on many occasions that there will not be any haste potions beyond X. Some recent suggestions/alternatives have been suggested that he said he would look at them BUT would require a full patch to be put into the game.
That all said what i understood is possible upgrade could up the haste % to 60 and OR possibly extend the duration. He promised nothing just said he would consider it.

that would make sense then. although for some reason when you look up alacrity, it shows a listing for XIV, so maybe that should be updated?

hrm. that should be removed...

There is no *working* recipe.... the recipe is looking for container-type -9 (the negative there very important) which does NOT exist. container-type 9 does exist, but not -9 (and is actually not possible in current code) so cannot be made.

I have been putting in placeholders for these recipes in case policies ever change, but at this time, Alacrity will not be going past X. I also do not foresee the policy every changing, so the placeholder is possibly a waste of time... but I have been doing it anyway
