Suspension of Slime?

What is the difference between Basic Suspension of Slime I and Basic Suspension of Slime XIII? and Formed/Shaped/Worked?

All seem to have the effect of Suspention of Slime (snare effect, max level 85, same range, same resist) with no difference between the easy to craft versions and the difficult ones with required levels to use.

Like with SoW potions, the pot's level defines the caster's level.

What level the toon is who throws the pot does only matter to the see if the pot can be equipped.

So if you're level 80+ and use a Basic Suspension of Slime 1 on a mob that gives XP, you will certainly not land the spell. You'd be like a level 5 trying to land a detrimental on a level 70+ mob.

The resist modifier goes up as well.
