Curzon commonly drops in SoF zones it does not drop in any other zones. So yes approx. 75+ zones. It is a rare drop ...but not too rare. I have seen it in no other sets of zones except SoF. I am a lvl. 80 ranger so I play in alot of the zones. Of the 8 hours I was killing the same set of mobs (Rabid Worgs in Loping Plains) I do believe about 4 dropped off the mobs. Sorry if someone else posted this already.

We were getting it pretty often when we would do katta missions. full group of level 80 characters. its a world drop.
