small vial in abysmal sea?

here im making xii and xiii potions and there alot of alchemy vendors but no small vial's is this right? kinda sucks i gotta come all the way out here for to make these potions but they lack small vials or maybe im blind i dont know.

I thought they had some there but you can find the components for those potions in POK. I haven't been to abysmal sea in awhile.
