Bug on embossing sketches powder

found on jewelery vendors a limited supply of platnum embossing powder , embossing sketches , gold embossing powder, on same vendor unlimited dragon rune sketch
in abysmal sea girlina morningbloom
dont remember in crescent reach the name of the vendor but exact situation . I looked through every venor related to alcheny , pottery and jewelcraft but thats all I found , and it seems the JC vendor who had the drodon rune sketches would have atleast had embossing sketches , but maybe its just me . I will go over all the vendors again to see if i missed anyone
