What recipe uses Deepwater ink

I keep hearing about a recipe that uses deepwater inks to get to 250 what is it?

can anyone help me out?

It's the level 9 version of the pok potions (for level 60 people).... distillate of clarity 9, distillate of celesial healing 9, distillate of health 9, distillate of divine healing 9.

Also drops from seahorses and mermaids in Kedge Keep, much much lower level.

Also drops in Reef of Coirnav (Plane of Water), got a few when getting some regrua claws.

Its also used to make ink for the Type 12 augs.

The IX distillates also trivial at 302. Not sure where the 250 came from.
