Elixir of the Avian IX/X WIS cap increase?

Does anyone know by how much these raise the Wisdom cap?

EDIT: I found a post that says the X potion raised the stat cap by 20. I guess this probably means the IX potion raises it by 18?

Update - Elixir of the Avian VIII increases WIS cap by 10 and WIS by 26 at lvl 75. So I guess the IX increase is actually 15 to the cap.

The target of all this is to hit 415 WIS so as to eliminate the skill-up "penalty" for failed combines.
