Cheapest throwable potion

I want to improve the thowing skill on my Druid, and a couple of other toons that cannot use throwing knives and shurikens. Which is the cheapest throwable potion to make? Also if anybody knows of a cheaper alternative way of increasing throwing please let me know.

15 delay on shissar fangs will more than double your skillup rate. (40 delay on the various potions) and you can summon 100 at a time. (better than trying to slog through all the subcombines required just for potions)

Unless it was changed very recently, that only summons 20 at a time. What might be even easier, if you are ally to Velious dragons, is a Bracer of Hammerfal. That one summons a full stack of 100, but the drawbacks are that they are slow, and the hammers are non magical, so you have to hunt around for something you can hit.

If you are high level, it will be very difficult to find a monster that does not require magic to hit. Also, the range on hammers is frustratingly short... the window between being too close and out of range is miniscule.

The pouch is pretty crazy rare but probably soloable for most classes at 70+ (some classes will have a harder time than others of course).
