No slot 12 for Legs in OOW Cultural Armor?

A friend is helping me upgrade my Shaman gear and suggested that since I am doing GM armor that I could use the OOW augments for slot 12. But I noticed there is not one slot 12 for Legs.

It looks like every slot but that one has something. Am I looking at it wrong and if it is the case, what are my options to get a slot 12 for the legs and since my Shaman isn't a raiding shaman, the options are limited to player made augs or buyable augs.

Any help would be appreciated.

You are correct, since OoW came out there weren't any Leg slot augments. Now originally the augments weren't slot 12 either. Those were added after DoN went in and were ment mainly for augments using the AAAA. There are a few augments that are slot 12 for the legs that are purchased with Radiant/Ebon crystals though.
