10 dose potions

I know there is a bag to combine them to make 10/5 dose stuff but i deleted mine and can't rember what it's called or where to get it. Any info?

This system went the way of the dodo when alchemy got revamped. Since potions now stack up to 20, they removed "dose" potions. The bag that used to be used to combine 5 and 10 dose potions (bear skin potion bag?) was converted to a 10 slot, regular alchemy combine bag.

Specifically, Bearskin Potion Bag became Reinforced Medicine Bag, while Folded Bearskin Potion Bag became Foldable Reinforced Medicine Bag, with the result that we now have a plethora of medicine bag options. These have the added bonus of having 10 slots and being able to hold Giant items. Those features aren't necessary for any particular alchemy recipes at this time, but do make them more useful as general containers.
