Cant make philther of the wolf iv

Ok I am new to the new alchemy system. I just started today my skill in Alchemy is 159 at the moment. And when I search the recps. to make philther of the wolf iv, v, or perhaps vi, there isnt any thing past iii and that is greened out. Can anyone tell me what I have to do to get higher than iii to show?

Not all recipes are automaticly in your lists. For those that are not in your list, you need to "Experiment" with the recipe. On a succesful combine, where you actualy create the item and not fail it, You will get a message saying "You have learned XXX recipe".

So, when you open your medecine bag you should click on the "Experiment", then you put all the ingrediants for the recipe of the item you wish to create. and start hitting combine. Do this over and over again until you actualy create the item. after that close the window, Open your medecine bag, then type in the name of the item you just created and click "Search Recipes". The item that was not on your list to begin with should now show up.

Also, the recipes are listed (at least the ones discovered) in the eqtraders recipe section. You can just type in part of the name in the search window and it will pop a list of items. Good luck.
