Small Vials not available in AS - gripe

Since they changed things so that all ingredients for alchemy were available in AS, how come small vials are not, and we have to traipse all the way to PoK for them.

Come on Ngreth - can't you make just one vendor in AS stock them since most of us use them a lot.....

Pretty please... I'll even add pink or blue frilly bows if need be

Because I only added vendors, not altered merchant lists... so that vendor list was not available. For now I will not be adding another vendor or altering any more merchant lists in abysmal sea.

As for stacking more than 20... The vials don't get bigger just because there is a potion in them... the vials fit 20 in a slot, weather they have something in them or they are empty.

You should also be able to do all of your potion making in PoK. If you cannot, THAT is what I want to fix... not abysmal.

PoK is definitely much more convenient for my Shaman, so I welcome that, but this seems a slight change of direction? I thought I saw a post from you that the Abysmal Sea was the 'one-stop-shop' for Alchemy.

It is more that originally, Abysmal started as more complete. AS I went along, I decided on PoK.

You should also be able to do all of your potion making in PoK. If you cannot, THAT is what I want to fix... not abysmal.

Drawback here and the main reason I do not do tradeskills in PoK is the lag issues. Logically I know it should not effect the outcome but I have better luck doing trades in other less laggy zones.

I do hope it is my imagination, does anyone else have issues with lag effecting sucesses?

Oh yeah, I have definetly had problems with this. Seems like if I lag at the time of combine it lowers my chances of combining the item successfully (might just be bad luck though). I have also had the same problem with casting spells and lagging (i.e. spell fizzles during lag). I do seem to have bad luck when it comes to some things, but I rarely try an expensive combine if I have been lagging a lot. Also, one thing that helps me lag less in POK is to change the perspective so that I am looking at the ground. Makes it a little difficult to navigate but it does help
