It is confirmed. The combine for the Grandmaster's Medicine Bag now needs Tonic of Benefit Affinity II with the Artisan Seal.

Yep, I ditto the confirm (made the successful combine last nite). I don't have the recipe for the tonic of benifit affinity II in front of me, but the recipe was in my medicine bag and all of the items are vendor bought in POK, possibly else where too.
