I got a bunch off the green con goblins. Unfortunately I pulled like 12 at a time and killed them and looted with /hidecorpse looted on so I have no idea if it was a specific goblin type or just any of the green cons. It might be from the blue cons too for all I know but once a friend told me the greens drop it I went there since it took me like 10x as long to kill the higher level ones.Comment
