Iam kind of frustrated, I took a vaction to Jamacia for a week and come back and Iam not able to make anything anymore. Does anyone ahve any suggestions on lvling alchemy up, Iam currently at lvl 31, I was makeing sow potions before the xpansion. thanks for the help.

Do you mean Alchemy skill 31 or character level 31? If it's skill 31, you can get to skill 54 for free just by doing the freebie quest in the Abysmal Sea
In any case, the new potions present a very easy way to reach at least 231 without needing ANY dropped items, and very cheaply at that - take a look at the low level potions listed on the main site - many cost just a plat or less per combine.
