new recipe for ant potion???

Has anyone found out the recipe that replaces the Ant Potion, not for group but for single person use??? I am desperate to find it I have people asking me for it all of the time and can't figure it out. Thanks for any help I get on this

People have been trying, myself included, but as far as I know no one has found the recipie for single target shrink.

But, I saw Philter of the Ant in baz today. Could it just be a left over from a potion that was made before the new system was implemented?
