are trophy's quests retriggable?

I triggered the quest at 297 so I got a 5/7 trophy, now I am at 300.
I was wondering if there was a way to get a new trophy.
Is it possible to destroy the trophy 5/7 and trigger a new quest or should I stick to my 5/7 and skill up on it?

Ouch... that'd involve re-creating the old GM Trophy medicine bag... personally, I think I'd wait a couple of weeks for the level X class-balance potions to be tweaked to give XP for the Trophy, then work up from there.

Do you have the skill, do you NOT have a trophy.

So destroy the trophy and you can do it again.
