Philter of Unlife Awareness. The ones with unique effects like that (no various levels of strengths) are generally all Philters.

Elixir of Greater Concentration (at least for the time being ... I hope)

It looks like Distillate Of Clarity Viii is close if not the actual replacement for this.

Elixir of Greater Concentration = +3 mana per tick for 20 min
Distillate Of Clarity Viii = Restores 10 mana every 6 seconds for up to 0:30:00

Actually seems it might be an upgraded version and trival only went from 244 to 255. Unless of course the new one doesn't stack with the enchanter buffs which the old one did.

I listed that because untill a recipie is confirmed it doesnt exist that could have been a single dose that was converted but as of now there is no known recipie here or anywhere else I can find

              Rundle
Those Distillates are seperate from the concentration potion because the concentration potion would stack with KEI and the Elixir portions .. it has the same effect but is a different potion. There are many people I know taht are upset over this because they used these religously.

Yeah, I remembered it was just the clarity potion renamed while driving back from hockey tonight. LOL Not sure why I was thinking of that.

Also explains why the few I had for sale the past few day's disappeared quickly.

But there is at least news in regards to this potion:

While we understand that you want it back now, we want to give it more thought than just slamming something in, and instead give something more in line with the current way we are doing potions. We do plan on adding it back, and hopefully as something better, but it will be a while. While I understand it is not the news you wanted to hear, I wanted to give you the truth of it.

                  I don't know the recipe...

But, I saw Philter of the Ant in baz today. Could it just be a left over from a potion that was made before the new system was implemented?

Philter potions are new potions. It has to be the new one.

Actually, no it doesn't. Many existing potions were replaced with their equivalents, hence all the Kilva's became Skinspikes X, etc... so there's no guarantee this was actually MADE with a new recipe.

This potion has *NOT* been replicated in its exploitable state.
The Replacement for it is Distillate of Health VII.

If you want healing, use one of the healing potions.

If you guys REALLY want it back, I will put it back... but while I am at it I will fix it so it works as the potion was intended.

The potion was INTENDED to give you 300 HP + to the Cap, Give 300 HP in healing, Give 17 strength, and THEN hit you for 2 points of damage each tick for 60 ticks (6 minutes)

It was NOT intended that you click it 10 times for a 3000 point heal then click it off to take almost no damage.

Replicating it to a stack of 20 would have been even worse, allowing for a 6000 point heal.

If I restore it, it will be changed to the "detrimental" flag so that you cannot remove it avoiding the 120 damage. (the detrimental flag does not mean that it cannot heal. It would still heal, you just cannot remove it or buff filter it) Then either it will "bounce" wasting your potion if you click again, or there will be a 6 minute re-cast on the potion. I will not replicate bugs when I make changes, if they can be avoided. The old potion was not working as intended.

Ngreth that is the primary reason it is used isnt really for the heal but so you can place a low level dot or buff yourself (effectively) when you dont have a type 4 buffer avaliable and in this instance the Distillate of Health VII is not a replacement. The expliotable use was mostly used by vox/naggy farmers as far as i can tell because they were pretty annoying to farm the toes and they werent all that cheap. If you do put them back in please put them with a recast that allows you to recast the buff about halfway through it's duration for those that use this as a dot/hpbuff buff.

PS Ngreth maybe I am crazy but i am sensing a little hostitility in your last post ... and i understand. You worked very hard on this revamp and all you feel like you are getting is complaints and no one likes to be in that position (been there done that) and most of us applaude the effort espicially with the amount of communication that you are giving us the problem just seems to me the # of potions that were removed or made less than they were. The gate potion think and the stinging wort thing I fully understand I may not like it (in the case of the gate potion) but i understand it. With some of the others it feels to us like a nerf (having to have drops to get comprable potions to the ones that were completely vendorable or recast timers that are out of line with the original) and we are a little sensitive to the nerf bat around here. I hope you realize that it is not personal I cannot speak for anyone else but when revamp was stated I was hoping for the potions could be made with a cost that put them into the realm of affordability so htat people would actually use them and that some of the more useful ones that are a major PITA to get the stuff to make would be easier to make (fixed duration invis pots) and allow the system to be further expanded in the future.

Note: Pretty much the same post as on the spirit realm with minor differences on paragraph 1

The "slow DoT" effect can be achieved with the vendor-sold Crimson Potion also, if that's really what's wanted....
