Anyone figure out the new shrink potion?

Figured out the new Grow potion from one of Jonas's Letters:

1x Bugbane
2x Tri-Fern Leaf
2x Curuloth
1x Plain Potion Vial

Also looking for this one, have customers rattling my chains about it. So far folks have been pretty patient though as the alchemists work things out.
